Licensed Therapist / Counselor Associate

About the Role

We are seeking licensed therapists and counselor associates to join our clinical team across Oregon. You will provide individual, couples, and family therapy to a diverse caseload with the support of an experienced clinical team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy sessions
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in monthly trainings and peer consultation
  • Collaborate with the broader care team on complex cases
  • Maintain a caseload as agreed upon with clinical leadership

Requirements

  • Active Oregon licensure or associate registration (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or associate equivalent)
  • Experience with trauma-informed approaches preferred
  • EMDR, Brainspotting, or DBT training a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to culturally responsive, affirming care
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)

About the Role

We are looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our medication management team. You will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and collaborative care coordination alongside our therapy team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up appointments
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
  • Collaborate closely with therapists on shared clients
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and families
  • Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records

Requirements

  • Active Oregon PMHNP-BC licensure
  • Experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
  • Trauma-informed approach to psychiatric care

About the Role

Our outreach team works directly with underserved populations across Lane County and beyond, connecting individuals with mental health resources and reducing barriers to care. This role is a unique blend of community work and clinical support.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct community outreach to connect underserved individuals with care
  • Navigate local resources and support systems on behalf of clients
  • Collaborate with partner organizations, schools, and county programs
  • Provide case management support for complex clients
  • Represent WVBH at community events and partnership meetings

Requirements

  • QMHA, QMHP, or equivalent certification preferred
  • Experience working with unhoused or underserved populations
  • Knowledge of Lane County social services landscape
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) a strong plus
Intake & Administrative Coordinator

About the Role

Our administrative coordinators are the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will guide people through the intake process with warmth and efficiency, helping match them with the right clinician and ensuring a smooth start to their care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new client intake calls and intake questionnaire processing
  • Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage to clients
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate clinician calendars
  • Support billing and documentation processes
  • Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for all clients

Requirements

  • Experience in a healthcare or behavioral health administrative role preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Empathetic, client-centered approach
